Note: These armchairs were designed for the living room
of psychoanalyst Dr. Fritz Wittels in New York,
who had entrusted the design of his flat to architect
Paul Lester Wiener. Later in his career, Paul Lester
Wiener became known for his collaboration with
Le Corbusier on urban planning projects in South
America and for the redevelopment of the
Washington Square Park neighbourhood in New York
in 1958.
