Note: Is it possible to do without mechanical components to open and close cabinet doors? That is the starting point: a computer program is created to groove, drill, and cut a single sheet of Alucobond* using a CNC machine. Once the machine has finished its work, all that remains is to fold the assembly to form the cabinet’s structure and operate the doors using the flexibility of the exposed plastic material.
*Alucobond is a composite material: two aluminum sheets around a polypropylene core
