Dalwoo Lee founded Maum Studio in 2010, establishing its base in Seoul, Republic of Korea. With extensive experience spanning graphic design, spatial design, and objects, he continues to expand his creative pursuits across diverse fields. His design philosophy is rooted in the belief that all objects possess a sense of life, inspiring him to craft meaningful narratives through design. Understanding interaction as a silent yetpowerful means of communication, he strives to achieve a harmonious balance between art and functionality in visual forms.
Meaningful connection defines the design of the korean studio, guided by love, peace and "Maum" (Korean word for "heart"). A heart-shaped pattern, inspired by the Rabbit’s ears, creates a subtle link to its form introducing a fresh visual rhythm.
