Note: 'Is it possible to open and close cabinet doors mechanically' This was the initial question: a computer
program was set up to groove, drill and cut a single sheet of Alucobond* using the digital machine. Once the
machine has finished its work, all that's left to do is to fold the whole to obtain the volume of the cabinet, and
operate the doors thanks to the flexibility of the exposed plastic.'
*Alucobond is a composite material: two aluminum sheets cover a polypropylene core.
