Vertical production pan-cel in Indian ink and acrylic with a matching gouache background, showing Mima holding a young cyborg girl found on board an abandoned spaceship, out of pity, the crew takes her in aboard the Arcadia, unaware that the little cyborg has been programmed by the Illumidas to set a trap to destroy Albator’s ship. The illustration conveys the great tenderness Mima feels towards the little girl who, having regained her senses at the end of episode 5: ‘The Ghost Ship’, sacrifices herself to save the Arcadia and those who rescued her.
