Note: "Anechoic Wall" is a series of wall sculptures created by the artist starting in 2008, inspired by the structure of anechoic chambers used in scientific experiments to absorb sound and magnetic waves and eliminate all echo. The present work, made of copper, questions conductive and reflective properties when exposed to waves and light. The composition is based on the repetition of abstract geometric volumes and conical or pyramidal shapes, recalling the foam wedges of acoustic laboratories.
