Cardeilhac is a famous goldsmithery from the 19 th c.
and early 20 th c. Its specificity lies in the solid silver
and vermillion production, as well as its table knives.
Cardeilhac became Napoleon the third’s official
supplier in 1855 and was awarded a gold medal in
the 1878 World Fair. The family workshop was
founded in 1804 by Vital Antoine Cardeilhac, and
thence by descent for four generations before
becoming part of luxury company Christofle in 1951.
