Claude Momiron was born in Seine-et-Oise and grew up in Paris. Successively actor, ceramist and sculptor, he created his own company in 1967 and opened a shop in Paris. His geometrical models in silver or nickel silver, incorporating everyday objects, are influenced by fashion. In 1977, he opened a jewellery gallery in Biot.
