During the month of February, PIASA is organizing an ONLINE sale dedicated to various Asian objects from the Château de Ménerval Collection in Normandy.

Comprised of approximately sixty lots, this auction offers a collection of objects from the Château de Ménerval (a hunting lodge in Normandy). Passionate about travel, the cultures of the world, and mainly Asia, the owners of this house have travelled across Burma, China, Vietnam, and Cambodia since 1980 in the name of both personal excursions and professional trips. It is on these occasions that they have collected unique pieces reflecting the essence of the ethnic groups in both earthly and heavenly traditions with the help of local contacts. The sale is thus composed of a set of spiritual objects, Buddhas, and reliquaries, as well as decorative objects like impressive Burmese pantries.
