COMPETITION’S REGULATIONS

Made on July 31st 2020



ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISATION AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION 


PIASA, a Société Anonyme with a capital of 5,003,297.50 EUROS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 440 257 145, whose registered office is located at 118 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré - 75008 Paris, (hereinafter the "Organiser") wishes to organise a competition. The winners of which will be chosen by random draw under the conditions defined below. 


The competition will take place from Monday 17 August 2020 (10am) to Sunday 23 August 2020 (11.59pm).  (French date and time of connection being used as proof). 


This operation is neither sponsored nor organised by Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple or Microsoft. 


ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST 


2.1. The competition is free of charge and open to any natural person, regardless of age, who wishes to take part in it regardless of nationality, excluding PIASA staff members and their families (ascendants, descendants and direct collaterals, spouse or partner). 


Any participant under the age of 18 must obtain prior authorisation from one of their parents or legal guardian to take part in the game. 


2.2. Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules (the "Rules"). Participation in the Contest is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per person designated as the winner. 


2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the Participant's participation being null and void. 


2.5 The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and contests. 


ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME-CONTEST / TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 


This game is played exclusively by Facebook and Instagram on the dates indicated in article 1. To validate his participation, each participant must 

- On Facebook, comment on the publication. 

- On Instagram, comment the publication and follow the account. 

Each Internet user who registers for the game gets a chance to be drawn. 


ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS 


The Organiser will draw the winners from among all those who have registered. A random draw will be held on Monday, September 1st 2020. Only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address). The random draw will be carried out under the supervision of a person from the PIASA company. A computerised procedure will allow the winners to be drawn at random, without human intervention. 


ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES 


The prize of this competition : 

- On Facebook: A PIASA EDITIONS book on Peder Moos

- On Instagram: A PIASA EDITIONS book on Peder Moos


ARTICLE 6 - REMITTANCE OF GRANTS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR USE 


The Contest Organizer will only contact by e-mail the Winners drawn, on Facebook and Instagram respectively, and inform them of their prize and how to access it. 


No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winners will be contacted. 


Winners will be required to respond within two (2) days following the sending of this email and provide their full contact information. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days following the sending of this e-mail, the winner will forfeit his/her prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, prize or compensation whatsoever. 


In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute designated at the time of the draw for the session concerned. The winners must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organiser. 


To this effect, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact information or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. 


Furthermore, in the event that the Organiser is unable to deliver the prize won to the winner(s), for whatever reason, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, which any participant agrees to. 


ARTICLE 7 - USE OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA 


In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, participants in the competition have the right to access, rectify and withdraw their personal data (to exercise this right send your request to [email protected]). The personal information of the participants is collected by the Organiser solely for the purposes of monitoring the competition, and is essential to participate in
