Italian designer and architect born in Chiavari, Luca Meda attended the Brera School of Art before continuing his studies in Germany at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Ulm. His career took a turn when he met Aldo Rossi with whom he created an agency to respond to numerous competitions, particularly for museums. His practice ranges from urban planning to product design, always with a functionalist approach. At the end of the 1970s, he devoted himself to the realization of mass-produced objects, working mainly for publishers like Molteni.

Angelo Mangiarotti
1921-2012
Italian architect and designer, Angelo Mangiarotti is an icon of Italian modernism. Trained at the Milan Polytechnic, he went to live in the United States in 1953 where he met Frank Lloyd Wright and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe who had a great influence on his work. Back in Italy, he founded his own design studio with Bruno Morassutti before going it alone. Bringing a great formal importance to his furniture, he worked, through the design of his object, to highlight the materials he used. His marble tables have become iconic.

Pietro Franceschini
Born in 1988
Designer and architect based in New York and Florence, Pietro Franceschini develops exceptional furniture with minimalist accents, based on monolithic volumes and forms tinged with classical references. Raised in Italy, Portugal and the United States, he collaborated with various agencies around the world before founding his own interior architecture and design firm in 2020.
